The Highlands above MeadowCreek was designed for those folks who value their privacy while not being isolated.  It is 260+ acres divided into 34 parcels of 5-20 acres. Underground power and telephone is provided to each lot.  Gravel roads are built to county specifications. The entrance road to the Highlands leads you and your guests through the beautiful MeadowCreek golf course into the natural beauty of nature.  Deer and Elk are your neighbors as are wild turkeys and mountain quail.

The building sites have been selected to provide unobstructed, breathtaking views of the Meadows Valley and the surrounding mountains including Pollock, Granite, and Brundage.  From most homes, you won't even be able to see your neighbor's house.  The Highlands adjoins public lands with direct access to virtually unlimited backcountry hiking, x-country skiing, horseback riding, 4-wheeling and snowmobiling.  The forests in the photo to the left are all on public lands.
    


         The electronic security gate was installed in October, 2002.  It can be activated by a keypad or an owner can open with a flipper.  The roads in the Highlands are owned by the Homeowners' Association and are open only to Highlands owners and their guests.
