Homebuilding Process
2. The owner and Steve meet to discuss the general size and layout of the new home.
3. A contract price is agreed upon.
4. Design begins in earnest with numerous communications between Steve and the client. A rough estimate of building costs is given to fit the home requirements to the owner's budget.
5. CAD drawings are created. A final plan is agreed upon.
6. The CAD drawings are turned into working drawings by a local architect.
7. Competitive bids are received by Steve and approved by the owner.
8. Construction begins.
9. The owner receives weekly updates including photos.
10. The home is completed.
