The well is drilled and the permits have been submitted for approval. Excavation work for the foundation is expected to begin in mid-May.

Excavation for the foundation began today. Next week, the concrete crew starts pouring the footers and stemwalls.

The foundation is done and the excavator is backfilling around it and doing the final grading. The power is installed. The blue styrofoam is insulation for in the crawlspace. Framing starts today.

The garage floor slab is poured and the sub floor is down. The walls are going up. Next week the trusses will be craned into place.

The roof is sheeted and dried in. Today the electrical and plumbing rough-ins were completed. Next week the insulation goes in and then the drywall.
