April 15
Construction has begun! The excavation will be finished this week and the footers will be poured for the foundation.

The daylight basement is excavated.
April 25
The footers are poured and the
daylight basement concrete walls are being formed. They will be
poured next week. Then the basement plumbing will be installed and
the slab will be poured.
The well is drilled with great results:
225' deep and 35 GPM.

May 15
The basement slab is poured and the basement framing has begun. This week the house will really start taking shape as the sub floor and the walls for the main floor will start to go up.

May 30
The framing is well underway with about half of the trusses in place. The roof sheeting will go on next week and then the plumbers will start their rough in.

The roof and trim are going on. Meanwhile the plumbing, heating and electrical rough-ins are being installed. The exterior should be complete by the end of next week.

The cedar trim is being installed.
The exterior is complete with roof and siding. The electrical, plumbing and heating rough-ins will be finished today. Monday, the insulation begins and the drywall on Wednesday.

The fireplace / entertainment center is framed and ready for the cultured rock.
The drywall has been hung and is being textured. Meanwhile, the cultured rock fireplaces and wainscotting are almost finished. Interior painting starts next week.

The house is nearing completion. The cabinets will be installed next week as well as the carpet. The interior trim is almost finished. Everything should be complete by October 1.
