1.   Q:  Does the agent live in the Meadows Valley?

        A:  Steve & Nancy built a home and lived in the Circle C Ranches for 4 years and recently built a new home in the Highlands above MeadowCreek.

2.   Q:  Does the agent own property in the Meadows Valley?

       A:  Steve & Nancy built and own the Highlands above MeadowCreek, are currently building Highlands Phase 2, and live in a home in the Highlands.

 3.   Q:  Does the agent have an office in the Meadows Valley?

        A:  Steve and Nancy do.  It is in a prime location next to the Chevron Station in New Meadows.

 4.   Q:  Does the agent believe in the Meadows Valley?

        A:  Steve and Nancy do.  Actions speak louder than words; the answers to 1, 2 & 3 above will confirm this answer.

 5.   Q:  Does the agent know current property values in the Meadows Valley to help you arrive at the market price for your property whether you are buying or selling?

        A:  Idaho is a non-disclosure state so it is very difficult to get price information of recent transactions if you are not directly involved.  Steve and Nancy have been involved in more sales in the Meadows Valley in the last 2 years than any other agent, so we know, firsthand, what the market is.

 6.   Q:  Is the agent full-time and successful?

        A:  Steve & Nancy completed over 50 transactions with a total value over $8 million in 2000 and over $9 million in 2001 and 2002.

        A:  Steve and Nancy have built from scratch, the EngenRealty.com, Schrimsher.com, McCallRealtor.com, NewMeadows.com, NewMeadowsHomes.com, NewMeadowsRealEstate.com, NewMeadowsRealtor.com, McCallHomes, and WhitneyRanches.com websites.  Having different websites increases the chances of someone finding us through a search engine.  Steve is an "e-Pro internet professional" certified by the National Association of Realtors.

 8.   Q:  Does the agent produce a monthly newsletter?

         A:  Steve and Nancy send out an email newsletter to prospective buyers with new listings, activity and other real estate topics.  Currently this list has over 800 names and is growing by about 20 prospects per month.

 9.   Q:  Does the agent produce attractive marketing materials to give to buyers?

        A:  Steve and Nancy do; ask to see some of our brochures that we produce in-house.  We have a HP Color Laser printer.  Most of our potential buyers get their first impression of our properties from flyers that we send or give to them.  That first impression is critical as to whether they will want to investigate further.

 10. Q:  Does the agent regularly advertise the Meadows Valley in the local real estate magazine, Heartland Homes?

        A:  Steve and Nancy always have at least 3 pages (usually 5 or 6) devoted to properties in the Meadows Valley.  See the current issue to see for yourself who covers the Meadows Valley.
